QIs transportation provided from Kanazawa Station?
AFree shuttle buses depart approximately every 30 mins, from the group bus parking near Kanazawa Station West Exit.

QWhat time is check-in and check-out?
ACheck-in is possible from 3PM to midnight.
Check-out is by 12 noon.
QIs Wifi available?
AFree Wifi is available throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms.
QAre humidifiers/air purifiers provided?
AYes, they are provided in all rooms. Dehumidifiers are also provided upon request.
QWhat items are available for rent?
AMobile phone charging cables, clothes iron
QWhat is the maximum number of guests per room?
AUp to 8 people can stay in our biggest Corner Family room.
QCan luggage be deposited before check-in/after check-out?
AYes, you may deposit luggage at our front desk.
Free lockers for Sainoniwa Hotel guests are also provided near the station.

QCan I forward my luggage to/from the hotel?
ALuggage forwarding from the hotel can be carried out at the front desk. For forwarding to the hotel, please use the following address:

QAre meals provided?
ABuffet-style breakfast is included in all bookings.
Dinner is not provided, but we have a room delivery menu, and would be happy to recommend and assist with booking local eateries. Do reach out to our staff before/during your stay.
QCan I bring in food and drinks?
AYes. Microwave ovens and water/ice dispensers are provided in the shared pantry.
QAre drinks provided in the refridgerators
ANo, all rooms are equipped with an empty refridgerator. Water is provided at room temperature in aluminium bottles, alongside tea and coffee satchets. Free-flow coffee and tea is available at our shared lounge, and there are vending machines.
QI have food allergies.
AOur brekfast is buffet-style, and allergens are labelled for all items.
Please let us know any allergies or food restrictions beforehand, and we will do our best to ensure there are options for you.
QIs there parking?
AYes, we provide free parking for all guests
QAre there rental bikes?
AA port for the city's share bike service can be found at our hotel (subject to availability).
All bikes are electric-powered.
Purchase of a one-day pass can be made online or at our front desk.
QIs smoking allowed anywhere?
AAll rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking is only allowed at the 1F smoking room, or 3F smoking terrace.
QIs there laundry service?
AShared washing and drying machines, as well as detergent are provided for free.
QIs there a public bath?
AYes, we have an indoor public bath.
QIs room wear provided?
AGender-neutral room wear is provided in all rooms.
Children sizes are also provided upon request.
QIs the hotel wheelchair-accessible?
AShared areas are designed to be barrier-free, and barrier-free rooms are also available.
Mobility equipment for the elderly and disabled are also rented upon request.
QCan children stay for free?
ABed-sharing children up to 2 years old can stay for free, while children aged 3~6 years incur a 3000 yen facility-use fee. Older children, or children requiring their own beds are charged adult price.
One bed-sharing child is allowed per adult, and do not count towards the room capacity.
